ReportedShippedAn agent told us they'd uploaded a placeholder PDF while setting up an open house, planning to swap in the real flyer later — and then couldn't find any way to do it. They were right. The edit screen existed, but nothing on the dashboard linked to it.
There's now an Edit button on each open house card. You can update the flyer, address, and timing any time before the open house starts.
A few related things we cleaned up while we were in there: replacing a flyer now properly removes the old file instead of leaving it behind, and check-in emails go out reliably even if there's a hiccup with the flyer itself.
How flyers work: we attach the PDF to the check-in email rather than sending a link. Links break when files move or get cleaned up — an attachment is the visitor's own copy, and it still opens months later.
